A knee pad plea!

'To, Aljazeera Network, I'm begging you, PLEASE, PLEASE, don't go tits up! Don't leave us three people who give a s**t, and who have an IQ in double digits, with nothing to watch for news information but CNN, MSNBC, or Fox News--err--okay, calling that last one 'news' is a stretch--as America's news networks have already been dumbed down to the point of truly throwaway crap. Take today, for example (please, take it!), on CNN, they had a riveting story about whether a photograph in a Ted Cruz political ad was actually Marco Rubio shaking hands with the president, or whether it had been photo-shopped. And, they had a panel of 'experts' there to argue about it. It was ridiculous, "You see Rubio shake with his left hand, when Rubio is clearly right-handed." Wow, truly on a level with Watergate.

 

First of all, isn't President Obama left-handed? And second, who gives? Is that how far America's fallen where even touching the president, proves that you endorse and whole-heartedly agree everything he's proposing, or ever will propose? Aljazeera, as one of the last news networks to actually report the news, I'm begging you, don't fold up your tent and call it a carnival. Don't leave us with these pathetic 'news' channels, who have sunk to the Jerry Springer level--I take that back--it's not accurate to compare the news networks to Jerry Springer, as he's nowhere near that bad!'

I agree with everything in your message. My only drawback is that you're succumbing to the same tactics as the sensationalist news networks you're criticizing. If you want to differentiate yourself from dumb f***s, then don't do rants without well thought-out logic & examples. "Who gives" is just as shallow an argument (to me) as the very RH vs LH news debate you so harshly criticize. I know everyone loves a funny/truthful rant like this & you've done a great job at that. But just be careful about resembling those you're mocking *smile*
