Misplaced Spite

I see a few Sanders supporters say they would rather vote for Trump than Hillary--say what? I hope that's just the anger talking. If not, those people are going to cut off their nose to spite their face, because Donald Trump stands for everything they purport to be against. They say at least Trump stands for change. Yeah, he does, change to a country that is vindictive, rude, and all about 'me first'--in fact, I would shorten that to just 'me'. I can sort of understand the independents saying that, because they weren't true Democrats to begin with, but I would hope true Democrats would understand that at least Clinton wants to preserve Democratic Party ideals. I can understand the disappointment you feel about your candidate not winning, but I can't understand being so disappointed and angry, you'd stay home or vote against your core beliefs just to deny Hillary. The stakes are just too high!
