How NOT To Be Professional!

How NOT To Be Professional!

A Story by Michael Stevens
"

The mighty hard fall of the media!

"
I just saw an example of pathetic journalism, on a major left-leaning news network, that illustrates, at least to me, everything that's wrong with the media now days. A reporter, who shall go unnamed, was interviewing a former Sanders supporter, who's now backing Clinton. As the interview went on, you could tell the reporter was itching to say something. At the very end of the interview, the reporter said, "On last question--do you feel that Clinton stole the election?" Now, I said some not nice things to my T.V. screen, and I'm sorry if I hurt its feelings, but I just had to vent.

That question buried the point that the lady was trying to make, because getting along doesn't sell air time, and doesn't have the drama of friction between the two camps. It was obvious the reporter wanted to create drama. Well, last I checked, the job of a good reporter is NOT to create anything, it's to cover what's happening, without injecting their personal views, or what they've been told to make happen, in this case, drama. And it's not just this lone network, they're ALL guilty of doing it, trying to sexify the story, and I find it infuriating!
