Are we seeing the same world?

We're both looking, but seeing something totally different,

wildly different. I'm seeing an apple, and you see a boat anchor.

Are we even seeing things correctly through our bloodshot eyes?

If we can't even agree on what we're looking at,

how are ever going to find any common ground?
