In a Galaxy Far, Far Away

In a Galaxy Far, Far Away

A Poem by Michael Stevens
"

An alternative universe, that MUST be it!

"
There is a galaxy far, far away,

where the rules of normal don't apply,

where common sense is laughed at

as a liberal conspiracy and to say

whatever springs to mind is considered hip,

where being crude and rude is a virtue.

Where ignorance is a positive,

lying's the norm, and being tone-deaf, and you rip

into your political opponent on a personal level. You

can say and do most anything, and only become more

popular. Oh, wait, it's no longer far away, it's in D.C.

No space travel required, when I see Trump, I only want to spew!
