Oh s**t, not again!

At first, when I read of Trump's bashing of Anderson Cooper as biased against him, my

initial thought was he's making excuses for backing out. Then, mom reminded me of his 

likely reason for saying what he said, it's not to use as an excuse not to participate, it's to 

get the media defensive, and eager to prove they're not biased against him by going after 

Clinton harder than they normally would. Why I didn't think of the obvious, even though 

it's one of his usual tactics, I don't know. I could chalk up to too much cough syrup, but 

I'll admit to a 'doh!' moment. 

My statement to the media is, 'You're not going to fall for this, are you?' I'm afraid I can 

answer my own question, 'of course they are!' He's played you like a human harpsichord 

from the beginning, and suddenly, my trepidation for watching the debates went nuclear!
