Bad Day In Mike's Brain!

Should have been booed off the stage, if there was one!

"WARNING, objects in mirror are not as humorous as they'd like to be'!

This is the sign I ought to tape to my mirror, so it's 

the first thing I see.

A little reality check, or maybe I just needed it 

yesterday,

those within earshot were looking for a way, any way

out of earshot, but, unfortunately for them, a way 

they couldn't find,

for my one-after-the-other one-liners didn't have even 

one line,

but if you think that stopped me from a rambling 

spewage,

think again, there, pal, I doggedly failed to disengage

from the same old s**t script--cast after cast arced out 

into nowhere,

in the big humor fishing derby--put another way, 

there was no there, there!

What's the first rule when you're digging a hole? Stop 

digging,

but, do you think I did? Hell no, I was still mightily 

swinging

to launch one out of the park, but my jokes rolled 

right into the gutter,

I know, different sports, but my the point is, they 

blew, and one after the other!
