Unsettled Is The New Settled

Our sad new reality

Upheaval, tectonic shift, there's a new sheriff in 

town,

and he's hell bent for leather to dumb everything 

down.

From before day one this roller coaster only goes one 

direction,

straight down; he delights in chaos, turmoil to him is 

fun.

It doesn't matter if you're securely strapped in for 

this ride,

we're all going to hit bottom and crash; I'm extremely 

unsettled inside.

Unsettled is the new settled, so I'd better just get 

used to it,

this orange nightmare spewing angry, hateful bullshit

out of one of his many faces, and they're all 

uninformed,

egotistical, and everywhere, I guess this abnormal is 

the new norm.
