'Restless and Unwild'

'Restless and Unwild'

A Poem by Michael Stevens
"

Where I'm at now

"
There's an album by Accept called 'Restless And Wild'

that I used to relate to, when little more than a child

Now days, I can relate to the 'Restless' bit,

but I am so far away from that 'Wild' s**t.

'Restless and Clueless' would be a better description,

just a halfway-geriatric dude who's wild days are over

and done

Now days it's falling asleep by 10, and wild is

watching

a different show, and hopefully not botching

up my computer too much, see, I got me a clumsy

thumb,

that's seems drawn to push the 'disaster' button, oh,

what fun,

trying to undo the nightmare I somehow got myself

into,

I don't understand word one of 'Computers, Here's

What You Do'!

About
I write for fun; I write comedy pieces and some dramatic stuff. I have no formal writing education, and I have a fear of being told I suck, and maybe I should give up on writing, and get a job makin.. more..
