Forbidden Fruit

Forbidden Fruit

A Poem by Bo Lanier

Well you are my FORBIDDEN FRUIT

And you're just so damn juicy and

Sweet, I can just eat you up and

Never get enough, you might have

Your secrets from me and from

He but I don't care, I need to

Feel your skin on my skin again

And drink from your honey pot

Oh so yummy in my tummy it

Just seems to hit the spot to the

Last drop...

Well maybe it's just my own

Obsession, FORBIDDEN FRUIT

And the price of temptation

But baby oh baby you just taste

So damn juicy and sweet, it

Sends a shiver from my head

To my feet even on this cool, cool

Autumn night a fire rages inside

Of me but baby oh baby what

You do to me, who cares if it's

Wrong or right, I need you tonight

And so, so what if you got your

Secrets from me and from him...

All I want to do is to be your lover

Over and over, again and again oh

FORBIDDEN FRUIT I can just eat you

Up and never, never get enough...

APPLE OF MY EYE...I can't hide

I cannot hide, APPLE, THE APPLE

OF MY EYE...
