Rainbow’s End

Rainbow’s End

A Poem by Bo Lanier

Well and I can see a clear blue sunny

Morning a dawning just across the

Tennessee mountain valley and I feel

More alive than I've ever been, I feel

Lucky in a field full of four leaf clovers

Under a RAINBOW'S END...

Did I somehow walk through an invisible

Door to another place and time, well if I

Did I refuse to go back and live through

All the hell and the demons that used to

Taunt me again, I finally found my paradise

Of hanging gardens and warm blowing

Gentle winds...

I'm on the sunny side of Heaven now

And I feel more alive than I've ever been

Somewhere on the other side of a

RAINBOW'S END...

I know you'll miss me, all I can is I'm

Sorry but you're just gonna have to

Get along without me and love me from

Memory honey, maybe someday you can

Join me,somehow,someway but I'm here

Now to stay...

I'm no longer haunted by the demons that

Used to taunt me, don’t you know I have

Finally found my way out of the darkness

And I can finally see a clear blue morning

Sunny, shining down over me under a

RAINBOW'S END...

I feel more alive, more alive than I've ever

Been...

Under a RAINBOW'S END, here on the other

Side of beautiful, beautiful RAINBOW'S END!
