Never Mind

Never Mind

A Poem by Bo Lanier

Never mind tonight, Never Mind tomorrow

Never Mind who was wrong and who is right

Never Mind these arms that used to hold

You tight, Never Mind this broken heart

or all the tears I've cried alone in the dark

just forget it, forget it and Never Mind, Never

mind the love you could have had for the

rest of your life...

This time it's over and now I am finally

ok with that, you could be the last person

on Earth and I wouldn't take you back

oh no 'cuz I can take a lot but when I've

had enough, I’ve had enough...

I gave a million second chances to

change your cheating ways but this

last time you really screwed up...

don't turn to me when you finally

wake up someday and want somebody

to love no don't turn to me, I won't

suffer your love; I won't suffer your love...

so Never Mind tonight, Never Mind tomorrow

the dream has died along with the crosses

I had to bear…God knows I tried but it's

over now so never mind who was wrong

or who is right, Never Mind the love you

could had for the rest of your life just

Never Mind, Never Mind when you want me,

when you need me one of these days

Never Mind, just Never Mind...I will not

suffer your love; I will not suffer your love

or an early grave...

maybe you thought we had something

special somewhere in the back of your mind

well now you just better never you mind!
