I've always been optimistic about my 

Life but now I'm not so sure, I can't even 

Think straight anymore...

It seems as tho life is just passing me by 

And I can't find anything to hold onto 

No more oh Lord have mercy, have mercy 

Spare A Little Miracle On Me! 

Well and It's almost as if I'm on auto pilot 

Just barely making it from day to day...I 

Know everything happens for a reason but 

God forgive me I really don't want to go 

On living this a-way. 

They say Heaven helps those who help 

they and I would if I could but I am 

just beside myself, wishing I were anyone 

else oh dear Lord have ye some sympathy
