Drowning

Hurt is something that we all know but what happens when you have no idea that it's happening. After being with the one person that I thought knew me the best, turned out u was wrong I was shattered into a thousand peaces and I am still getting back together.
I wish there was a manual for this but like most things in life there isn't, I just have to find my own way.
Life is upside down for me right now, I would like something or someone to tell me is there a light. Can there be someone or something to be that light...
I've never been on my own before it's a new feeling, I'm not sure if I like it. I've always had someone to turn to but now I don't I'm feeling a bit lost.
