ChangeA Story by TransparentHearts
Change is unavoidable, unpredictable, strikingly casual yet not at all. It's like the ocean, either drown in the depths, or adapt and grow gills to thrive in the new environment. Either way, time is necessary in the event of change. Do we, as a human race, embrace the cycles of change, or banish them to the fears of our minds? Or would that put change in with the unknown of the world. I suppose that welcoming or shunning change would depend on the person, since people are many in variety. Is there really a way to group all of mankind in one simple category? no...That would imply everyone is the same. Suppose scientifically we are, with DNA research and the genome, etcetra, but that does not mean the human race cannot differ from one another. So we are all different, yet the same. Is that correct? Is that possilbe? To be different yet the same? Wouldn't experience play into whether people react the same or not? Hmm...To be quite honest, for quite a few years of my life, I never saw the differences in people, or understood why many people categorized and sectioned others into groups. Lately, I've begun to notice the different talents and wide variety of personalities that intertwine within the body of a crowd. Then, I wonder, how did I move from change to people? Ah, topic changers. I think I think too much...
