Sea urchin baby
Sink your spikes into me
The venom travels
Through my veins
To paralyze my tongue
Feel my blood pool and puff
Around the shrapnel
You’ve burrowed inside
To shut me up
For the evening

Ok, this is different. I don't think I have ever read a poem about a sea urchin, especially like this...I think...I like it! Yes, I do! I don't know how much this will mean to you, but it is interesting, has good flow, and is well written! I enjoyed this.
