Harmony

This is one of the many poems I write during the school day. . .

Her sweet melodious violin

His powerful deep cello

Two halves of a whole

Yin, yang, powerful, sweet

A perfect duet, harmonizing

Intensity rising, dread on edge

Her lone high note speaking of sadness

His low note evening the tone

Sadness, longing, passion, desire

All communicated with one note

All the emotions and feelings

Coming together in perfect harmony

With his cello, with her violin

The perfect duo, the cello and violin

Making a perfect melody together

A song born in sorrow

Dieing in peaceful tranquility

Her sweet melodious voice

His deep powerful tone

Two halves of a whole

Coming together in perfect harmony

Writing a song for the rest of their lives
