The LoneTeaspoon

I loaded the dishwasher

Placed the soap in the despencer

I turned the dial and just

As the water began to run

I saw that lone teaspoon

On the floor by the door

What to do.

Should I open it ?

And take a chance of the water

pouring out on the floor

I looked at the lone teaspoon

I looked at the dishwasher

Then I opened the door

put the teaspoon in its place

and went to get the mop.

Believe it or not

This actually happened

in my kitchen this very day

Oh, Oh come what may

This little piece is for the keyboard contest. It took me 4 minutes and 47 seconds to write this piece. It took me 45 minutes to find the dancing teaspoon animated dishwasher and mop. I didn't read the rules well enough. Only members of the group may enter, but I will keep this little piece.
