I see myself through your eyes

The mirror in your soul

I’m captivated with your view

I need to achieve this perfect goal

 

You see me as I want to be

With beauty beyond compare

You never cease to tell me

I’m the reason you breathe air

 

My darling, if you only knew

How much you mean to me

You are the reason

I have become all I can be

 

You never put me down

While I wrote away the hours

You showed your pride in me

And showered me with flowers

 

You carried my books near and far

With your bright beaming smile

You told everyone, the author is my wife

With your wonderful since of style

 

I need to see myself through your eyes

You’re the mirror to my soul

And you are fascinated by what your see

With only you I’ll achieve this perfect goal

 

So dear love, don’t leave me now

We have years and years to love

I’m praying for your healing

To the Great Physician up above
