Haiku Build Me an Ark

Haiku Build Me an Ark

A Poem by Nancy Lee Shrader

Haiku Build Me an Ark

God said build an Ark

Take animals two by two

Noah said yes Lord

God said it will rain

Build the Ark of gofer wood

Noah said I will

God said rain will fall

Forty days and forty nights

If you say so Lord

Noah warned them all

They all laughed at his folly

Then down came the rain

Noah went inside

And God closed and locked the door

All life was consumed

I love your determination in writing not one, two or three haiku's, but a string of them that tell an entire story. You're onto something very cool. Kudos
