Haiku Who Has Seen the Wind?

Haiku Who Has Seen the Wind?

A Poem by Nancy Lee Shrader

Haiku Who Has Seen the Wind

Blowing is the wind

Through the seasons of our lives

From cool to freezing

Teenage whispering

Cool breezes blow in springtime

Youthful hearts explore

Hearts of young lovers

Hot breezes in summertime

Burning with desire

When love is dying

Chilly autumn winds blow here

Loves funeral song

Love’s dark December

Freezing winter winds blow hard

Ignite winter’s fire

Rebirth of young love

A new spring brings warm breezes

To the young at heart

Summer’s heat relived

Winter winds try as they may

Love rediscovered

Rustling autumn winds

Old hearts in earth color hues

Ageless love found here

Winter winds again

Old souls are full of wisdom

Sweet love’s afterglow
