You’re no longer here

It wasn’t your choice to leave

God just took you home

 

 

I know in my heart

Your love for me still remains

Forever brand new

 

 

Love, you hold my heart

For forever and a day

You completed me

 

 

My life was complete

With you standing by my side

Joy filled up my life

 

 

Just let me say thanks

For all the love we have shared

And my memories

 

 

Thank you for the love

All throughout our forty years

You kept my heart safe

 

 

Thank you for the bliss

That bubbled up inside me

Thank you for our kids

All the memories we’ve shared
