Just say the word friend

I’ll be there to sooth your pain

Calm your furrowed brow

 

 

Morning dawns the song

Of our friendship’s afterglow

Will burn on and on

 

 

 

Just one word from you

Brings me running to your side

And that word is help

 

 

 

One word says it all

Friend is the word I speak of

Long as I’m alive

 

 

 

And in heaven’s realm

We’re friends till the end of time

Friend, just say the word
