Silhouettes of tomorrow are fading,

The troths of togetherness and friendships were forgotten.

Days and nights are passing.

Without you calling or even texting.

Can’t figure out why all of a sudden,

You became cold as ice,

As if we’re a stranger to one another.....

Was it because I laughed at your counteroffer?

Oh! C’mon..my dear, I’m telling you

It’s better to stay friends than to become lovers..

And after a months or so,

Starting to curse one another!
