Broken Glass

Not perfect

Flawed

Different

Lopsided smile

Crooked nose

Eyes

That are too big

For my face

All put in front of me

On display

Normaly i can ignore it

I dont have to

See

But now

Its all there

Stareing me in the face

My face

Looking back at me

And so i break it

The mirror

Throw it to the ground

Shatter it into pieces

But the thing is

Broken mirrors

Still show imperfections

wow..there are some things that stay with us..and whats imperfect for you might as well be perfection..like the choice of words..you write really well !!
