The Greatest modern revolution (revisited)A Story by neurostar burnsIn the good old dreary days, people had to rely on institutions, government and the church to properly administer their programs. The people had no access to that specific knowledge to gauge whether documents were being followed through. People were dependent upon the authorities for execution of documents. The knowledge was not directly shared. It was interpreted, twisted, revised, mostly verbally. Then came the REVOLUTION! Recently, some persons proclaimed more than once that people should be able to read. Which developed that people could read sentences, paragraphs, i.e. documents that they previously had no way of comprehending. Institutions fought to retain control over comprehensions of documents Now people can access and understand the documents. Reading became the revolution, and equalizer. People become self informed and no longer rely on an outsider to provide information. The stodgy institutions still cling to the old concept that they only understand. But people now can read and comprehend by theirselves. Further! People can now compose and write articles, etc. The onus and balance shifted but the institutions, old and new, don't adjust or accept.
