Ma'dam President (?)

For current times, some countries have elected a woman president/prime minister, e.g. Israel, Pakistan, Costa Rica, etc.

It seems this is not possible for a country like the opportunistic USA.

For now we see in 2024 that even Mexico can elect a woman to the top post.

USA does not. What could me remiss? And what is the reflection on social maturity?
