Creeping Federalism

It used to be a strong slogan in the U.S. to constrain intrusion of creeping Federalism. Quite the converse is now

observed developing in many fields and departments federal and otherwise, as in regards to shrinking government and about government intrusion in businesses and homelife. The wider field of rights and procedures appears widely subjugated as never before.

Wherefore are checks and balances?

And the Bill of Rights ratified and judicially upheld.
