Time passingA Story by neurostar burnsDuration of something is not time dependent. Arising and passing of something is not traceable to passing time. It is due to conditions which arise amongst themselves and fade and their interactions. If duration of something were time dependent then their coexistence together would have time terminate when the objects terminate which has time as co-dependent on the perceived presence of the object. Of course, if the composite objects and time coexist co-extensively then objects would never expire. Hence, it is at least a misnomer to say something ages by time or with time or as time passes that can be misinformation. Time passing is also not uniform in the universe, as in passing difference between cosmic voids and dense objects (the empty voids won't slow time, so there may be 4 billion years in advance of our galaxy in "aging".) So, time's passing is not subjugated to conditions of objects, passing shows it not to be erosive. If it were, then time would erode away along with the events. But the universe may end. Thereupon, time is temporary. Nor does passing time nurture. Hence, to say something ages with time is to impute co-dependence, and time would end together by the conditions of the object. Whether it be microseconds or persistence as long as conditions can influence. But composite natures do not endure, atoms fall apart. Upon what would time prevail? Light is not time dependent, otherwise light from very distant reaches of the cosmos would reach after a while. But it won't, no matter how much time passes under current conditions. Conditions, not time, will bring an end to the physical universe. It will not "run out of time", or "it time is up". Example, volcanic eruptions do end because "its time is up", it ends when the combustible fuel is insufficient. And, without timing, it can start up again when the conditions are right. The same goes for stellar and prestellar conditions. And in quantum, at zero point where there is no sense of direction, where can time be said to pass? Subsequently, all that we can claim to experience and catalog is like chips, flakes, and chunks, no uniform distribution of time presence. Whatever event we claim to experience is at least through multitudes of different conditions, and when they come to cease, the alleged associated time event which is co-dependent for display also ceases. Thereupon, according to the old saw, dimensions cannot be found to be substantial via zero points. Thusly, there is reason to see the nature of quantum, at least, will interfere or even obviate an intangible principle. (Can AI manifest intrinsic time?) Time, as we infer it, is more like a backdrop to passing of events.
