the world is better because of you

oh you little life that i have brought into this world

we have shared a body and i know your soul

i see in you pure goodness

you have a old soul and a young laugh

i see all the wonder in your eyes as you try to figure out this thing we call life

you have questions about everything

i see in you the horror you feel when you see someone being treated unkind

your goodness is so pure

im not sure where you got all these great traits, i know i dont have them

you inspire great love and loyalty in everyone you met

i cant wait to see what you will become

you have the charisma to be a leader or a king

but the soul of a artist or a poet

the world is a better place because you are in it
