Confusion, pulses through my head.

You are sweet and charming,

But you told her I am nothing more than a friend.

Then why do you seem to flirt?

Make up your mind.

Please tell me,

Am I more than a friend?

Or is it in my head?

My confused little head.

Danceing around these thoughts.

Thoughts of you and me,

And what could be.

oh the memories of insane high school romances and what a great topic for poetry because we have all been there i love how in the poem ur trying to figure out the answer to ur question of romance and how the only lines that really rhyme are the last two when ur dreaming of what could be it really reminds me of high school everything was crazy but i would dream of a better and clearer tomorrow well written few typos but now big keep it up

The question of what could be always lingering especially in such a situation that you have described. I like how you ended it with that line. I think you captured the feelings and questions of the situation perfectly.
Well written other then a couple of typos, but they're easily fixable. I liked the lines:
"My confused little head.
Danceing around these thoughts."
