It's been Six months

And I know I shouldn't care

But you still have a string around my heart

In the dark of the night

Alone in my bed

I still miss your arm around me

And your sweet words in me ear

 

It hurts to know

I am still weak for you

And I still have cracks

That you slip through

 

No matter how thick I build up my walls

You seem to slip inside

Excellent piece of writing. It's sums up how I feel at the moment- it's been nearly six months but it still hurts. I can really feel your pain through your words.
