Black White Yellow

Black White Yellow

A Poem by Anonymous

Yellow. Black. White.
put my life in its place
stretch your arm out.
point when my heart
take its next beat.
Step.
Leap.
White lies,
truths transparent.
maybe this time you spare me
light of your yellow eyes.
Sweet rose wine -
you asked to save you some.
I've been saving my soul
for your sweet disposal.
I knew the rose -
it was
much sweeter
to get the ones like me
too drunk and comatose
and bitter.
Yellow.
My heart black,
my mind mellow.
Pastel lies you tell me.
It's time for me to sleep,
for you - to leave.
Yellow plasma
Black lovers.
White admirer.
Dead flowers.
He. She.
Denial.
Long sophisticated fingers,
full round breasts,
sharp bones above your chest.
lips in a brown bow -
a gift.
want to peak
what's beneath
through yellow brown eyes
you paint colors
into my black and white life
Rough.
Deep.
There's nothing for me.
Even shadows black and white
in the mourning yellow light.
Put my life in place.
Show me how it tastes.
Love. Embrace.
I know that I'm obsessed.
Release me from your chest.
Your biggest hit
Please exhale
my addiction
Please quit.
- to M.A.
