A bit of a piss take on angsty poetry

Give in, Give in
Give in to despair
Give in and be like me
There's mass murder in the news
And genocide on TV

Everything was so complex
Now it's really simple
I'm in my bedroom, right about now
Putting a bullet through my temple

I'll admit, poetry written through parody often times exceeds the intentional pieces in quality and sublimity. Not that I'm a poetry snob or anything. What the hell does sublimity mean anyway?
