love this. i've been there many times. i love how you've broken each paragraph down into different methods: blade to wrist, pills, rope. And i love how you find a different reason not to do it each time, my favorite one being the rain. inspiring, in a sad but honest sort of way. going in my favorites. great write.
This gave me goose bumps. I don't know, it's so powerful. And the picture of the dewy leaves is so hopeful, so natural, so full of life... I love how I could see the moon clearly, then see the morning sun again... It's like I'm witnessing the debate inside your head, and it's pretty turbulent.
This poem is very melancholic but I can sense the hope in it. Don't give up on that hope. It's your drive. Cheers :)
