Insignificant flea/borrower of time

quick are the rites
we priests of eve
scribble in marks
etching till end
monumental times
Stonehenge, rhyme
music paintings
pottery and dyes
laced along curves was fabric
spaced in hues of forever's taking
silken dripped perfections tracing
our outline borders, gazing upon
our deepest wishes well with incense
smoke from the sticks coned as great
building yesterdays pyre, heaped
desire builds, eyes blink in passion
mortar sets another house gilds
lily while earth moves in toleration
Gia cries and lets out steam
letting us know where we be
occasional hints that race of being
stand on the edge of leaving
soon come high noon for the flea

i have visited Stonehenge three times, a place of intrigue and marvelous ancient engineering and the temple of the ancient Druids.....(my ancestors) ....you carried me there upon the wings of imagination and the essence of joyful moments in this creative write. well done!
