I wish that the past wasn't my own.

 I wish the future was the present. 

I wish the present wasn't the now.

 I wish I wish.

  Love was easy.

 Caring was natural. 

I wish the world to be a better place, not one I call my hell.

 I wish I didn't fear. 

The good & the bad. 

 I wish the bad wouldn't be so evil. 

 I wish I wish .

My life wasn't so valuable.

 Or that killing myself was a sin.

 I wish I could die and still go to heaven.

I wish I didn't have such love to leave behind...

 For their pain is not worth my freedom. 

 I wish I wish...

 I could live & die all at the same time.

I love the idea! One learns early that wishes don't always come true, but if we didn't have wishes we would probably have no hope. This piece packs so much punch! Living and dying each, right now? Such a great line. Thanks for sending me the rr. take care...dan

I love this one. I can relate the first stanza so much... If only it was much easier to change the path we have taken and create a better path for our future. Sometimes as much as we want to we can't change things. I enjoyed your words :)
