Unnerving

SNAP! POP!
Breaking bones
From his lips
Escape the moans
Mangled flesh
Blood drained toes
Swinging mood
Highs to lows
Yet by his side
She stays

This poem definitely reminds me of some of my older writings that had more gore, I guess you could say. I loved the "blood drained toes" line.
