Those little words can make any heart skip serveral beats
And you did that to mine so easily
My breath caught in my throat
My heart stopped

 

Can it possibly be true
Can I really believe it

 

I want to believe that someone like you
could EVER love someone like me
Are we truly the complete opposites that attract each other

Can I have the dream that I have dreamt

staring at dreamily

The things that we have laid awake at night planning
Know nothing of the fears
The things that paralyze us in our tracks

The things that can make us laugh in less than a second
Know nothing of the treasures
The things that are most precious and get us through our life
