Doubting Relationship

these are the questions that
have plagued me many nights and days
just what have I done to make them
not want to be around me
what have I done to make them
cheat on me or not give me their all

do I cling
am I not good enough
am I not entertaining enough
am I not pretty enough
is it my body that disgusts them
do I not give them enough love
do I not give them my best

what is it about me that makes them
shy away until it's like we're strangers
like if we never were close
never supposed to be one
what more can I do
what else is wanted from me

tell me so I can fix it
help me understand
I want to be better
I want to be what's
needed and wanted from you
