No More Regrets

I've lived my life
in regret until today
for a new leaf
has been overturned
and this robot has
been made battle ready
for everything that is to come
because always expect the unexpected
if not then prepare to be bowled over
and land on a cushioned backside
that has cushioned many a fall
because words of wisdom
were not heeded
instead were merely cast aside
for thoughts of grandeur and invincibility
filled the mind
leaving room for little else
especially to be cautious
