Evil, Pure Evil

It doesn't make sense,

even now, seeing it

why would you do this to me?

 

You said you loved me

is it so that you lied,

I hate it, watching y'all together

I feel like y'all took my heart

and tore it to pieces.

 

 

I am better then this,

but I can't help to let it get to me

your laugh, my pain.

Your gain?

 

I see what I want,

I can not see the evil you are

you are pure evil. Using me,

did you ever love me?

 

Even now I don't understand

why.

Fixing your grammar could make all the difference in the world. Otherwise, one thing you may want to keep in mind when encountering situations such as these is, people are complicated in the way where, they don't always know they're lying. Look deep in yourself and I bet you'll figure out what I mean. It hurts, but that doesn't mean that's what one intended.

I have to agree with the last reviewer, the honest open anger and all around hurt can be felt through and through this poem.

"I see what I want,

The phrasing of this particular part was really nice. It jumped very well from line to line, from deceiving of oneself, to understanding and accepting to hope. thought it was very well written.

I like this poem...it's honest, expressive, and I can feel your anger in the stanzas. Nice job!

I've been through this so many many times. And it has been with the same guy. I just couldn't figure it out if it was real or not.... it wasn't. now he likes only men. its different, and weird i know but it helps me think more about who people truly are. but this piece hits me hard, because i swore he was using me and he was. i'm sorry you went through this. hit me up if you want to talk because reading your poetry i think we can relate very well even though we went through different circumstances to the situation. i think we could be good friends, really great poem.
