Just Wanting To Being Me.

 

I'm trying to be better

to make better choices

as well as to express me

outwardly. Instead of keeping it

all hidden inside.

Locked away like a 

prisoner. As each new

day arrives. Behind the walls

of silence. I start to open up

and take flight. Little tiny moments

of freedom.

Starting to light

the path. Of childhood

traumas that guide my path

as always. Even today as I

write this. Freeing the soul

within. Hopeful becoming

a hero and a ruler of my

own destiny. Instead of

letting my past control

me before I eventually die.

Having not lived a day. That

was truly mine alone.

It's well written, but it doesn't make much sense and it's not clear what it's about. I guess that's fine though if that's what you were aiming for.
