November Cold

November Cold

A Poem by Britteny

November's cold

As love grows old

I need someone to hold

Take me I'm quite bold

Simply stated, yet profound in it's own right.

Don't give up!

Good monorhyme. I tried reading the lines in reverse and liked it even more that way. I do that with my own poetry sometimes, too. Enjoyed, Sharon :-)

When it does get cold, one tends to be more bold as you put it, in looking for someone to share the cold with. Simple and short, it worked. :) Nice poem.
