[untitled]A Poem by BrittenyAs two peices of a puzzle click. I can see you and her are a perfect fit. Yet why the wandering glances? The shy advance? That glimmer in your eyes that says you would get with me if you had the chance to try. But can't you see? She looks almost up to you in a godly way...a pretty young maiden with sunfire hair, yet as backwards as the blowing wind. It took alot of courage for her to approch you kind sir. And contrare to your feelings now you asked: Prithee pretty maiden are you to court a genteelman? As she replied no, you quickly took her hand. Oh, she was filled wiht sheer delight. Must yo turn your affections and now fancy me? She is the whole deal, and she loves you with all her heart. It is no joke or lie why in me you abide? If you wish to continue with your lover you part. With a woman spirit broken, yet a work of art. It would hurt you to she her cry, feelings for you run through her heart, her veins. Why for you kind sir can't you feel the same? © 2008 BrittenyAuthor's Note
