As sure as Sarah and Jareth did dance

I wish I could take that chance

You holding my body next to yours so strong

Spinning twhirling me ever so long

Making me feel like your queen

And everything delights me inbetween

I know down in my deepest heart of hearts

That you live in a world so far apart

I can only see you if I believe

And if I stop than you will leave

My ever so handsome king

To be with you I'd give anything

But I continue my frantic search

You can appear as an owl on a perch

This is so very hard

Your can disappear like the magician's hand

I spin to see you standing there

Then you disappear it's not fair!

I guess I have set my hopes too high

That I had a chance with the sky

So I search for someone like you

Then I can consider my quest through

But no one holds me with that love

Protects me with the moon and above

I guess it's only in the underground

That men like you can be found
