COME TO LEEDS. terrible poem sorry.

Hi you should come up to Leeds for poetry

there's so many words rhyme with Leeds

like bead weeds needs and feeds.

there's a couple of intelligent people up here

ok there not really from here

they study at university up here.

we can do some pretty good stuff

mostly its all pretty rough

at least were making it up-or are we.

yes some of us can even spell

mind you some of us cant

thank god for spell check I say.

come on you can have a night out

well till about 6am at times

even the bouncers are friendly- well sometimes.

yes we have a bookshop or two

I think one sells poetry

do they actually sell it

or is it just for show.

there's only one way to find out

up to Yorkshire you must go

come on we don't bite- well not often

maybe on Friday nights.
