Time LasherA Poem by paulina misiewicz
Long hours, they erase me, Minute by minute I shed my skin From the first eye opening to the last One silent blast of living, I heed.
Time well spent, time wasted No other matter can be so merciless, As all it needs is a blink of its whip Near to the exhausted head.
To unwind my bones, I yearn For a vertical vision, to count up birds And curls, crossed with grass stalks, Then abuse the time, purposely. © 2015 paulina misiewiczFeatured Review
