Poetry: The secret of life is seldom really a secret to you.

Poetry: The secret of life is seldom really a secret to you.

A Poem by zennedpen
"

Secrets only really ever just hide ourselves from ourselves. Open yourself up to all of those around you, and you will see yourself open to yourself more too.

"

Subtitle: Is there a key to ourselves that is not already within us?

I searched outside of myself for the secret of life,
not realising that I had it all of the time within me.
I searched, and I researched, without finding out much,
until I simply resolved to be myself in myself, truly too.

The deepest ocean reveals nothing to us inside, outside,
until we see, fishing the deepness with itself never works.
The secrets in ourselves keep themselves as secrets,
until we feel comfort in the truth, being in us, really too.

Love is not secreted away from anybody by anything true.
Only falseness can hide love's secrets in you, or elsewhere.
The real secrets are not secrets, but steps of love in you,
reaching you from God, himself, not a secret in you, either.

Some people do not like to reveal what they think are secrets.
This shows a reluctance to be their true real selves in them too.
When we are truly being honestly, all we can be as we, in us,
any secrets are shared with all who are around us, as part of us.
