R.I.P tia sharp

based on the recent events that have happened. a 12 year old girl went missing and was murdered in her nans house. this happened not too far from my house....truly upsetting.

I don’t think that I can sleep

Knowing a girl is beneath my feet

Buried in the dirt

At one with the soil

Tia sharp, too soon

Lost in turmoil

My heart is with her family

For the strength they have shown

No person deserves to die

On the grounds of the unknown.

This world becomes more twisted

As every day unwinds.

There are humans out there

With inhumane minds.

Its truly a shame

Such a waste of young life,

12 years old and dead.

She’ll never experience life.

Never pass an A level

Never experience marriage.

I don’t know the girl

And it even pains me to write this.

Heartbreaking and sad. Why did she have to die at a young age?

I hope the person who murdered her will be punished.

Even though I didn't know her, I'm sure she had a full life in front of her. But now, she is putten out of her misery.

That says it all for me. Unfortunately, we live in a world where we abuse our own minds and power to do twisted stuff like that and its a damn shame. I think it's real cool of you to have written this about someone you dont even know, it says a lot about you and how there are still people who are human out there. Amazing poem, thanks for sharing
